Marquette University Wins DOE ARPA-E CIRCUITS Award

The Power Electronics Lab at Marquette University was one of twenty one projects selected in the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Advanced Research Project Agency - Energy (ARPA-E) Creating Innovative and Reliable Circuits Using Inventive Topologies and Semiconductors (CIRCUITS) program. The program seeks to accelerate the development and deployment of a new class of efficient, lightweight, and reliable power converters, based on wide-band gap (WBG) semiconductors.
